30-Day Return Policy
We stand behind every product we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange — no questions asked.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
- In original or like-new condition
- Accompanied by the original packaging (if available)
- Free of physical damage not caused by a manufacturing defect
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return or exchange:
- Email us at support@satellitelinkpower.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will send you a prepaid return shipping label within 1 business day.
- Pack the item securely and drop it off at any UPS or USPS location.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after processing.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your item for a different product, please indicate this when contacting our support team. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@satellitelinkpower.com. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned: items showing signs of water damage from misuse, or items with physically broken or modified components.
