What you’ll need to open an account
Wholesale accounts are for verified businesses reselling product. To keep pricing protected and stay tax-compliant, every applicant must qualify on the items below.
- ✓Valid reseller permit — a current resale certificate / seller’s permit from your state or jurisdiction.
- ✓Registered business — legal business name and entity type (LLC, corp, sole proprietor, etc.).
- ✓Business email & phone — a contact we can verify and reach.
- ✓Sales channel — your store URL, marketplace, or physical location.

Wholesale FAQ
Do I really need a reseller permit?
Yes. A valid reseller permit (resale certificate / seller’s permit) is required to open a wholesale account and to receive tax-exempt reseller pricing. If you don’t have one yet, you’ll need to obtain it from your state or local tax authority before we can approve your account.
How long does approval take?
Most applications are reviewed within 1–2 business days once we have your completed application and a copy of your reseller permit. We’ll email you from benny@bjwholesale.net with your account details and pricing.
Is there a minimum order?
Minimums depend on the product line and whether you’re stocking or dropshipping. We’ll share current MOQ and tier pricing once your account is approved — tell us your expected volume in the application so we can match you to the right tier.
Do you dropship?
Yes — blind dropship is available to approved accounts on request. Let us know in your application if dropshipping is your primary model.
Which brands and products can I resell?

Can you sell to customers outside the U.S.?
