12-Month Limited Warranty

Satellite Link Power warrants all Ravion® branded products against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the original date of purchase.

What Is Covered

This warranty covers:

  • Defects in materials or workmanship under normal use
  • Battery cell failure not caused by misuse, accident, or unauthorized modification
  • Structural failures of mounting hardware under normal operating conditions
  • Electronic component failures in power adapters and accessories

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by accident, misuse, or abuse
  • Damage from unauthorized modification or repair
  • Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic damage
  • Battery capacity loss due to normal degradation over time
  • Damage caused by operating outside specified temperature or voltage ranges
  • Loss or theft

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To submit a warranty claim:

  1. Email support@satellitelinkpower.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the defect.
  2. Our team will review your claim within 1–2 business days.
  3. If approved, we will ship a replacement product or issue a full refund at our discretion.
  4. In some cases, we may request the defective unit be returned before a replacement is issued (return shipping is covered by us).

Warranty Remedies

At our sole discretion, we will either repair the defective product, replace it with an equivalent product, or issue a full refund of the purchase price. This is your sole remedy under this warranty.

Battery Safety Certifications

All Ravion® batteries are UN38.3 certified and comply with FAA carry-on regulations (under 160Wh). Built-in protection circuits guard against overcharge, over-discharge, short-circuit, and thermal runaway.
